“We just have to execute,” he said. “We have so much talent, we have a lot of guys who have played and done it at the highest level. We trust each other, we just have to go out there and execute. That’s what it comes down to.
“Before you learn how to win, you have to learn what wins you. You have to stop doing those things that win you. Turnovers, penalties, allowing big plays, not creating big plays. Offense, defense, special teams – all those things are so crucial and so they’re critical. Every play carries weight and importance, but you never know what play is going to change the game, what play is going to decide the outcome of the game. You have to approach every play like it’s the most important play, because it is.”
Ingram said the team has full confidence in quarterback Jameis Winston, who has thrown five interceptions in the past two games, all in the fourth quarter. Winston has been sacked 11 times.
“We love Jameis. He’s our guy,” Ingram said. “He has all the tools to lead a team to a championship, to lead a team to a win, to lead a team to victories. We have the utmost confidence in him. The way he prepares, the way he leads the team, to lead a team to a win. We all have his back. .
