Those were heartbreaking minutes for two men in East London after a pickup truck collided with a forklift on Thursday night.
The accident happened around 8:30 am on Gore Road just east of Clarke Road.
One of the men told CTV News that he was borrowing a friend’s forklift when it came to a stop on the road.
He said the two men were trying to start it when it was hit by the truck.
